Why Are Some Restaraunt Customers So Annoyed And Hard To Please While Dining Out?
As a waitress in a fine dining restaraunt, I find that waiting on a table of grown adults is like walking a 4 year old through their first day of kindergarten. Yes I am here to do you and service and do make you have an enjoyable experience, but please don’t act like you’ve never been out to dinner before or like your above me. I will absolutley tell you the specials and accomodate you, but I think you should be capable of reading and making a decision as simple as what you want for din din…haha people get so serious and snoody like I am their servant and they are my master..please im waiting tables while in college because I can easily walk out with $200 a night cash..And remember, be nice to your waitress/waiter because you can’t get ANYTHING without them..And if you aren’t satisfied with your meal, it will probably be okay and can probably be replaced, its not like its your last meal on earth. When you dine out, enjoy and stop looking for little things to ***** about!
I Could Use Some Advise To Help My Children Concentrate In Class?
I have 3 school age children. A 4th Grader 1st, and Kindergarten. My older two have been bringing home notes saying that they are having difficulty concetrating in class. The 1st grader is all ready repeating the first grade and I don’t want to see her fail again. She is the one that I worry about the most. She is very engergetic and loves to draw, according to her teacher she will draw every little detail of what she is drawing but when it comes to getting her class work done on time she is not motivated, talks to other kids and doesn’t stay focused on what she is supposed to be doing. I try to tell her every morning to remember to concetrate but she is still getting these notes. Also her reading and word comprehension is not where it should be, hence her repeating the 1st grade. Any advice would be appreciated. Also my 4th grader has been getting notes too not as many but some. I am a single parent and I work long hours, would that have something to do with it?

What Is A Good Catch Phrase For A Parent Involvement Night At School Based Around Bugs?
Our kindergarten classes are having a parent involvement night at school. All of the classes will be reading and doing activities with Eric Carle’s bug books (The Very Hungry Caterpillar, The Very Lonely Firefly, etc.). I am looking for a theme that I can print on the invitations for the parents that says something about bugs, insects, creatures. I want it to sound catchy. Thanks for your help!

Amazing: What Do You Think Of This! School Asks Student To Replace Bible Reading With Book About Witches?
In one Pennsylvania public school, reading from the Bible is forbidden — but reading about witches and Halloween is encouraged
Wesley Busch is a kindergarten student at Culbertson Elementary School in Newton Square, Pennsylvania — and all he wanted to do was have his mother read aloud from his favorite book, the Bible.
The book reading was part of a classroom assignment called “All About Me,” the purpose of which was to provide students an opportunity to identify individual interests and learn about each other through the use of items such as stuffed animals, posters, books and other mediums
May, a federal court sided with the school and the case is now on appeal. Tedesco says public school officials need to understand that Christian students cannot be treated as second-class citizens
How Young Is Too Young To Teach My Child To Read Sight Words/?
My child is four and has just entered preschool. The teacher told me that he would be learning letters and their sounds and begin to put a few letters together to make beginning sounds this year. He has known all his letters and sounds since he was 2 1/2. Next year, in Kindergarten, he will be learning sight words (an, the, but, in, ect.) Since he is so far ahead already, I was wondering if he was too young to start teaching him these already. Will he be bored if he learns to read earlier than some of the children in his classroom? Am I setting him up for a lifetime of unrealistic expectations?
Where Can I Find Free Lessons Or Guides On Teaching And Preparing My Son For Kindergarten?
I am a very involved father who would like to give my son the best start possible. He turned 5 years old in April and will begin Kindergarten in the fall. He has been reading for over a year now and is pretty good in math. He is a little active however, and I fear boredom will set in once he enters kindergarten. Still, I worry about his education more than anything because quite frankly I don’t trust educators these days. He has a very active mind and is interested in math and the sciences. I would like to get some preschool, kindergarten, and first grade materials to work with him at home. Does anyone know any websites that I can get testing and learning materials from to teach my son at home? How about a site that offers materials from K-12 grade?
First Four Years Of College For A Physics Major?
Do you have to take English, History, Economics, etc. etc., or can you go straight into the math and physics classes and not have to worry about Greek mythology? It seems like a waste of money to take english AGAIN! I have been taking it since I was in Kindergarten… I know how to read and write, my vocabulary is adequate. Are these classes required for my major (physics)? I can understand taking biology and chemistry but I can’t stand english and literature… Thanks for your help.
