My Mum Read My Diary! What Should I Do, I Want Revenge!?
My mum had absolutely no reason to read my diary. I get straight A’s, never act up or break any rules, have nonthreatening normal friends who she knew since I was in kindergarten.
I am 16 and I feel so violated. I had EVERYTHING in there. It’s a total invasion of my privacy. I’m a quiet girl and my diary is the only place I can honestly and whole-heartedly talk about my thoughts, feelings, and emotions; I pored my heart into it.
But when I found out she read it, AGGGGGGGGGGGGGGH!!! I was extremely sad and embarrassed. But now I’m over that and I’m just pipping mad. MAD! I want vengeance!
Maybe I’ll do cocaine, or run away? Something that will make her regret SO much reading my diary. I need to do something extreme.

PS. Parents, NEVER read your child’s dairy unless they are acting weird. Because If you read it but they have done nothing wrong, they could go crazy like me.
dont say anything to her and let her keep reading it. write terrible things in there like you had sex, or did cocaine. something that will be rebellious. then have a real diary and hide it really well.

ive been there before but i actually had some juicy details in mine…so after that i just stopped writting in it. if you dont write in it there wont be anything for her to read.
Honey, doing cocaine or running away isn’t going to solve anything. You should just explain to your mother how you feel and why. Maybe, since you have a computer, try blogging somewhere. I’m sorry you feel so violated. Don’t do anything stupid gf, it won’t help.

She’d find out about it all eventually. I think she just perceived your silence to be that there was something you were keeping from her. You should just calmly ask her why she did that.

wow i hate it when this happens. my mom used to snoop through my stuff and ALWAYS read my diary and if it said i liked a guy she would make fun of me and get mad at me for liking a guy (she thinks im not going to date until im 23!!!) so i got tired of her finding my diary so i put a password on my computer and wrote a diary on my computer and saved it but then i got a little more creative and created my own code so im back to writing a diary…haha but too bad she can’t read it. give your mom the silent treatment or tell her that you will NEVER forgive her for reading your diary. and don’t snort coke, that stuff hurts and burns and also its not worth it.
You can never get revenge on your parents. It’s impossible because at the end of the day, they made you. For forgive & forget.
